LBS Homes has been building homes since 2001 and has built over 150 homes. Prior to the inception of LBS Homes the members, Lance McDonald, Bruce Hollowell and Shawn Stevens all worked together for approximately 8 years in the sales of construction equipment. All three members have been recognized within the top salesmen in North America from the manufacturer (Bobcat Company). The long tenure of the partners working together has created a tight bind and effective working relationship between them.
Currently, LBS Homes LLc is a licensed contractor in Missouri, Kansas and New Mexico. In Missouri LBS Homes LLC builds in 9 neighborhoods and also has a home building company named New-Mizz Homes in New Mexico. Its members have college degrees in business and safety and continue education classes related to the construction and business development industries.
